Georgi joined Sequoia in 2015. Prior to that he gathered investment experience at an AIM-listed private equity fund and developed his advisory skills at KPMG. At Sequoia he has analysed and executed investments in power, utilities, renewables, waste to energy, sub-sea communications and shipping. Georgi holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, a postgraduate diploma in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from University College London and passed all three levels of the CFA Program in 2005.
Dimitrios Papatheodorou joined Sequoia in 2015, following completion of his MBA at London Business School. He previously worked at GSO Capital Partners, Blackstone’s credit investment arm. Prior to his MBA, he worked at Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance team in Athens, and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. He has worked on several transactions involving infrastructure projects, as well as various industrial and hard asset focused corporates. His sector experience includes real estate (student housing, healthcare and data centres), as well as motorways, airports, renewable energy, oil & gas, and utilities among others.
Christophe joined Sequoia in 2017, following completion of his Masters in Finance at London Business School. He previously worked at Duke Street, a mid-market private equity fund in London. Prior to his Masters, he worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in London. He has worked on several M&A transactions involving infrastructure funds, as well as various utility and chemical companies. His sector experience is very diverse with energy, utility and real estate assets being the principal industries of interest.
Lindsay joined Sequoia in April 2019. Previously, she worked in J.P. Morgan’s leveraged finance originations team, advising corporate clients on optimal capital structures and raising debt financing in the US capital markets for general corporate purposes, acquisitions and dividend recapitalizations. Lindsay graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Accounting, and completed her MBA at London Business School.
David joined Sequoia in 2017, and is responsible for originating, analysing, executing and supporting the ongoing management of Sequoia’s infrastructure investments. His sector experience includes renewable energy, telecommunications (specifically datacentres and towers), healthcare and specialist shipping. Prior to this, David gained exposure to a variety of alternative asset classes, raising capital for boutique investment managers from a global institutional investor base. David is a CFA charterholder, holds a BComm Honours specialising in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He passed all three levels of the CFA exam on the first attempt.
Assistant Portfolio Manager
Kyle joined Sequoia full-time as an Analyst in 2015 after working previously as a summer analyst and receiving his B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. Kyle began his career at Sequoia as a credit analyst working on many transactions across all infrastructure sectors and was subsequently promoted to Associate in 2017. Since then, he has broadened his infrastructure skillset to include portfolio and fund management. Now, Kyle reports to the Head of Portfolio Management and assists with day-to-day portfolio and fund management, investor relations, and capital raising for Sequoia’s new and existing funds.
Sonia joined Sequoia in September 2017. Ms John-Lewis previously worked at Praesta Partners (Executive Coaching Company) headed up by four partners. Her duties involved running a smooth office and shadowing the partners at client meetings. Ms John-Lewis has over 10 years in Office Management working for different organizations, including Rt. Hon. Diane Abbott, Member (MP).
Keeler joined Sequoia in July 2019 as an Intern Analyst before joining as a full-time Analyst in September 2019. Keeler is involved in the origination and execution of new investments, as well as the management of portfolio assets. Prior to joining the firm, Keeler was a Credit Analyst at Walker and Dunlop in Boston, Massachusetts, where he performed asset management duties for institutional portfolios of commercial real estate debt investments. Prior to Walker and Dunlop Keeler was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in London, where he worked on the real estate financing team.
Keeler holds a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London.
Reem joined Sequoia in January 2018 as an Intern Analyst before joining as a full-time employee in June 2018. Prior to her internship at Sequoia, Reem completed a Master of Science in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Distinction at Imperial College London. In June 2019, Reem passed all three levels of the CFA exam on the first attempt and will be eligible for chartership upon completion of the required work experience. Also, she holds a First-Class Honours bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University College London (UCL).
Adriano joined Sequoia in 2020 as an Analyst. Prior to Sequoia he worked at Moody’s Investors Service as an Associate Analyst within the Project Finance team working across a wide array of infrastructure and real assets across the EMEA region. He has also assisted in the credit analysis of Sub-Sovereign entities in Italy and Switzerland. Adriano holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and specialized in International Finance.
Charles completed an internship at Sequoia in 2019 before joining full-time as an Analyst in 2020. Prior to taking his position as an analyst, Charles obtained a first class degree in Engineering Science from Brasenose College, Oxford. Mr Fox then worked as a machine learning researcher at the Oxford e-Research Centre, continuing work on his Masters thesis by applying machine learning techniques to radio pulsar detection, and subsequently joined Sequoia.
